Introduction Claire
Thirion's Bio Repertoire
Introduction
Peggy and Claire formed The Fauré Duo two years ago with
a view to exploring unusual cello and harp repertoire. The beautiful
combination of these two instruments is particularily apparent in
baroque and romantic pieces. The Fauré Duo has performed
at a number of high venues including Kensington Palace, the Victoria
and Albert museum and Kew gardens, and were finalist at the 5th
international chamber music competition in Arles, France in 2003.
